About Aesthetics Skinstitute™ | Professional Esthetics Education
as Aesthetics Skinstitute™
Brand Story

We don't simply teach procedures.
We develop professionals.

Aesthetics Skinstitute™ was created from a belief that aesthetics education should develop more than technical skill. It should develop the professional behind the treatment.

For too long, the aesthetics industry has often separated science from human connection, technical education from professional development, and skin from the person living in it.

Aesthetics Skinstitute™ was created to bring those pieces back together.

Beyond the Protocol

Our education challenges professionals to move beyond memorizing protocols and begin understanding the reasoning behind them.

Technical knowledge matters. But knowledge without judgment is incomplete.

That's why our programs integrate science, assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, ethics, emotional intelligence, client experience, and professional identity.

Why this treatment?
Why this client?
Why today?
Why this depth?
Why this product?
When should we adapt?
When should we stop?
When should we refer?
Founder

Kat Inez

Kat Inez brings approximately two decades of experience in professional aesthetics together with education in health science and clinical mental health counseling to create a different approach to aesthetics education.

Her career has been shaped by a belief that skin health cannot be fully understood by looking only at the surface.

As a Licensed Aesthetician and Licensed Aesthetics Instructor, Katherine has spent years working within professional aesthetics, education, skin health, and advanced treatment environments. Her academic background in Health Science and Clinical Mental Health Counseling expanded that work into the areas of emotional intelligence, human behavior, trauma-informed care, communication, stress, nervous-system regulation, and the relationship between emotional and physical well-being.

Those worlds became the foundation for Aesthetics Skinstitute™.

Katherine's educational approach challenges practitioners to move beyond performing treatments and begin thinking more deeply about the decisions behind them.

Her teaching integrates science with human connection, protocols with assessment, technical competence with clinical judgment, and professional development with self-awareness.

She believes the future of aesthetics belongs to practitioners who understand that the person on the treatment table is never simply a skin condition, procedure, or appointment.

Through Aesthetics Skinstitute™, Katherine's goal is to educate, elevate, and empower the next generation of thoughtful aesthetics professionals.

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Bianca Sobel

With 12 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Bianca brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry across a diverse portfolio of products and technologies, including injectable neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body contouring devices, and skincare.

She believes the strongest partnerships are built on listening first and advising second.

Over more than a decade in the field, Bianca has worked alongside practitioners, clinic owners, and manufacturers at every stage of growth. That range has given her a clear view of how products, technology, and education come together in a successful practice, and of the gaps that hold practitioners back when they do not.

She is passionate about building strong, collaborative partnerships and taking a consultative approach to understanding each partner’s unique needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored strategies to help achieve their goals.

At Aesthetics Skinstitute™, Bianca leads strategic partnerships, connecting the school's educational mission with the practitioners, clinics, and partners it serves.

Her approach pairs industry insight with genuine care for the people behind each practice, ensuring that every strategy is grounded in real goals rather than generic benchmarks.

She focuses on fostering long-term relationships, delivering meaningful value, and driving sustainable success.

Mission

The mission of Aesthetics Skinstitute™ is to elevate the aesthetics profession through science-based education, clinical reasoning, emotional intelligence, and human-centered care.

We develop knowledgeable, thoughtful, and intentional practitioners who understand not only how to perform a treatment, but how to assess the individual, make responsible clinical decisions, communicate with compassion, and support skin health without losing sight of the person behind the skin.

Educate the practitioner. Elevate the profession. Empower better care.

Vision

Our vision is a future in which aesthetics is recognized not simply for what it changes on the surface, but for the meaningful role skin-health professionals can play in education, prevention, confidence, self-care, and whole-person well-being.

We envision a profession led by practitioners who are scientifically informed, emotionally intelligent, ethically grounded, clinically thoughtful, and confident enough to know both when to treat and when not to treat.

Aesthetics Skinstitute™ exists to help build that future, one empowered professional at a time.

Educate. Elevate. Empower.
